Through Randy's long term relationship in the electrical contracting industry with suppliers, when GE Supply needed a building in Lexington, they came to Walker Properties. 1165 Brock McVey Drive was constructed in 6 months time and Walker Properties handed GE Supply the keys to the building on time and before their required deadline, despite many set backs due to poor soil quality. 1165 Brock McVey Drive has 45 concrete piers up to 4 feet in diameter and tons of steel beneath its slab to help maintain foundation stability under heavy loads. This building was built to withstand even the worst Mother Nature can throw at it.
